Default B16A CRX Swap Smog HELP!

Ok i have a 91 CRX B16A Swap it have 2 o2 sensors on the exhaust manifold. There for the motor is a OBD0. Now from what i have been told that the best this to do is find a Del Sol 95 ECU run that ECU and Plug the O2 sensor thats not being used. Then i will be able to pass smog. ( Problem ) Del sol comp is hard to find!! Is there any other way to do this with out re-wireing it. ? Maybe a Cheeper way. ?

Thanks

You won't be able to run the 95 ecu in your crx without converting to OBD1. You will need:

OBD1 Distributor
4 wire heated O2 sensor
OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness
