95 civic coupe, B18b1 Ls motor + GSR trans.

What mounts am I going to need? Which stock D-series mount, if any, can I reuse?

I am plannig on just keeping the stock mounts and installing silicone inerts. Any opinions on the urethane inserts?

 

Go to Hasport.com and get all new mounts. There not all that expensive, so before you completely ruin everything get new ones. NEVER use old stuff when swapping unless you completely understand what your doing and what purpose everything has. Urethane inserts are good if you already have stock mounts with a stock motor in a stock car, they help. But the extra money you spend will help alot. With new Hasport mounts you will have incredible results, virtually no wheel hop and great response.
