Are these the Correct Injector Seals?
I bought a set of RC550 from a HT member. They came with these injector seals. He wasn't too sure if they were for a Honda or not so I test fitted them. They kind of fit right but I just wanted to make sure. Can anyone tell me if these are the correct ones. It going into a D16z6 Intake mani. If not i'm just gonna dremel out my stock ones. Any help would be great Thanks
Stock on the Right

This a pic with the rail push as far down as i can with it not bolted down yet. Notice the gap between the Rail and the gromets which its supposed to rest on.

Here is a pic with it bolted down a bit. I'm afraid of bolting it down too far due to the way the rubber part which seats agains the fuel rail on the injector is looking. Notice the gap between the rail and the grommet again.

Remove the fuel rail spacers and bore out the thicker of the two injector grommets. That will probably get you where you need to be.
I had the exact question you had with the exact injectors and exact seals. I was kinda nervous because of the gap but once I screwed the rail down all the way it worked fine.

Put the fuel rail spacers on top. Use the shorter RC injector seals, but don't bore them out. Just oil them and tighten down the fuel rail.
BTW, these are the same seals that came with my RC 310 and RC 750 injectors, and the same ones I got when I ordered seals online for my 440 injectors.

When you guys are refering to the fuel rail spacers. Are you refering to the rubber things on the injector which contact the fuel rail (picture 4). Or are you talking about the Brown plastic peices on the intake mani which the fuel rail sits on when you bolt it down.
Thanks again for you help

fuel rail spacers=brown plastic pieces. You might want to put a washer on top of the spacers so they don't crack when you tighten the fuel rail down. I broke one before, and that was using a torque wrench.
I don't use the upper rubber seal that you have pictured, btw.

this is how mine ended up. I had some problems too:

I had to back out the studs from the manifold 4 or 5 threads to get the nut on. Once i started to torque them down, the seal compressed alot tho.

Make sure u put oil on the o-rings on the top of the injector where it goes into the fuel rail. If you didn't take the injectors out and inspect the o-rings, I was stupid and just forced the rail on top of the injectors with no oil and all the o-rings broke, opening your good and seeing gas pour over the intake is pretty scary.
