d-series swap questions
im swapping out a engine in a 93 4dr civic dx. the engine that was in says d15b8. the engine that im swapping in says d15b7.
first of all, did the dx come with the b8 stock?
i already notice a couple differences on the engines. the b8 has a 1 wire o2 sensor and the b7 has a 4 wire o2. the b8 has a throttle body mounted MAP sensor and the b7 doesnt. they have different headers, the b8 has the cat converter right near the radiator.
will the ECU from the b8 be ok to use on the b7? what should i do about the different o2 sensors since i have the wiring harness for both engines?
thanks
EDIT: what are the differences in specs on these two engines?

The D15B7 has the P06 ECU, where the D15B8 has a different ECU.
If you have the harness of the DX, use that and wire it to the ECU.
If you have the D15B7 header, use that one instead. I'm not sure if you'll have problems using the D15B8 header since the O2 sensor is located on the header for the D15B7.
