Inserting/removing corner light covers?
No, I'm serious... I've tried forever and pushed with all my strength and I still can't manage to have the cover click in (previous one broke in an accident.) It seems as though it's the metal nub on the cover and the plastic thing on the car that are refusing to mate, but I'm not quite sure.
Yeah, I know it's a basic question, but it's killing me. I was able to replace my stereo and valve cover gasket without much trouble, but this?
It's a '93 DX coupe, by the way.
Oh, and once I get that to go in, how would I go about removing the other one? I got cheapo "JDM" (pfffft) covers on ebay and I at least want my rice to match.

1st locate the screw that holds the corner lens in place and remove it, then grab the lens from the rear on the outside of the car and pull just a bit (don't break it) for it should come out pretty easily.
Yeah, I meant the corner lights next to the headlights. I didn't know what to call them; they're not lights, after all, just pieces of plastic. Meh.
VR: I'll have to try that for the other light. What about sticking the light in, however? Any tips? Or should it just pop in easily?

Once you get in there it's really self explanatory...there are 2 plastic guiding pins at the rear and another at the base of the lens. It's the easiest thing to do.
Yeah, I have both plastic guiding things aligned and the metal nub's aligned with the hole, but it just doesn't pop in no matter how hard I push. I checked and the cable's not in the way, so I don't see what can be wrong.

Did you put in the lights into the sockets...this isn't brain surgery.

Apparently it is.
Its plug and play man. Just line up the holes and snap/push them in. If they dont just go in check your holes and push a little harder.
