Instead of running the power wire for the fogs off the battery, use a relay to power the lights, and have the relay activated by the city lights power wire.
how do you do that? i'm not good on wiring stuff? do you have like a step by step?
BTW i think i got a relay already with this one (DEPO OEM foglights)

hummm i have the jdm harness and it works with the city lights, can you take photos and post them i wondering if the harness is different from the jdm one. i'll see if i can help in some way.
Learn how to wire up a relay, but basically this is all you do:
Power in on relay: from battery
Ground: Ground
Power to activate relay: from city lights + wire
Power out of relay: to fog lights
Bah, I'm too lazy to explain it. Do it with a relay, dont just tap into the city lights harness whatever you do, unless you want melted wires/fire hazard.

You can do an easy wire swap to make the fogs be able to be on with parking lights as well as the high beams. I'm assuming your city lights are wired to your parking lights, so this is probably the easiest way for you to do it...
I can find the link if you want to try that way...

Refer to the above pic. My Depo set had the exact same wires. Look at the wires on the left. The red wire with the circle end goes directly to the battery. On that red wire is the fuse holder, then the plug with the relay. After the relay plug, are the foglight wires that plug into the foglights themselves. There is also a ground wire. Find a bolt somewhere on the frame behind the bumper to ground the ground wire. Now look to the red wiring on the far right of that pic. That attaches to the end of the foglight wiring, then goes through the firewall and connects to the wiring in the middle of the pic, which is the switch wiring harness. The switch harness connects to the red wire and the switch. There is also a groundwire that needs to be grounded. There are a few bolts under the dash that you can attach the groundwire to. If my instructions are hard to comprehend, then forgive me as it is 4am and I'm bout to go to sleep.

there's a plug that goes into your under dash fuse box. plug it into the one that's fourth from the left. that's how mine are hooked up and they turn on with my parking lights, headlights, and high beams.

i plugged mine into all the open slots avalible and my fogs didnt wanna turn on. like i said i put it in slot #4 and it works with my parking lights. or what u can do is cut the plug (but leave enough so if u wanna reuse it) and wire it too a accessory fuse that turns on like the radio or cig lighter.
