Default finally passed smog, now time for boost, checklist

well after failing smog about 8 times in 2 months, i passed smog. so now time to be boosted. just throwing out my setup just incase i forget something or helpful tips.

95 gsr chassis, 97 gsr motor, obd1 virgin p72 gsr ecu.
car has been reverted to stock for smog and only has a muffler.

garrett t3 SPECS ARE AN A/R OF .42 ON THE COMPRESSOR SIDE AND .48 ON THE TURBINE SIDE (whatever that means)
internal wastegate at about 7psi

RevHard replica cast iron manifold w/ 35/38mm wastegate flange

JohnnyRaceCar 6" Intercooler

Cartech Adjustable FMU

Tial 38mm WG w/ 6psi spring i believe

TurboXS Type S Bov

RevHard Downpipe

stealth mode performance turbo oil line kit

Walbro 255lph HP Fuel Pump

Boost Gauge

all i need to do is order piping. im going to reuse my injen cold air intake so i believe all i need are a few u-bends. order from jcwhitney.com?
gonna double check compression, and should i put on an exhaust first? or go boost then exhaust after? i know 3inch piping is best, but i was thinking of just getting a greddy sp2 or apex ws, tanabe hyper medallion etc (the stock muffler look w/ chrome housing). only plan to boost about 6lbs on stock internals so 2.5 piping wont hinder me much will it? plan to use fmu temp til i find a good local uberdata tuner.
so just do install, and just drive around and adjust fmu as needed? if i feel stutter or etc etc. what do i look for to know that the fmu is set correctly? thanks all. if any bay area people want to help, itd be appreciated

I would wait and go uberdata rather then risking a c1 on the FMU

Otherwise, you might want a larger turbo.. and you might also want to sell me the small one.
