Can you pass emissions with an open wastegate?
Im going to be running the maxrev kit in a couple of months. I have emissions in a year will i pass with an open wastegate? Im hoping the people thier wont know what the hell everything is under the hood.

It really depends on how strict they are. Do they pop your hood? If they do, I'm sure most people there know what they're doing. It's their job.
If it's just a simple emissions test from your exhaust, they measure it from your tailpipe. An open dump tube isn't going to affect it much unless you're revving up inside the inspection bay.
If it's just a kit put on your stock car, it should pass emissions. Drag technically won't pass visual inspection. Greddy should.

it should pass. it has nothing to do with emissions. visual is the only thing u wont pass... thats why u have a cool dude do it.
