I cant seem to pass smog, how much fuel can I take out at idle safely, I am gunna have a friend burn me an uberdata chip to try and get me through the BAR process.
Legally I can have 100 hc's at idle, and im at 300 right now. Im good in all the other tests, its just HC's at idle that are giving me troubles.
Ya, I have a idle/2,500 rpm test, weird huh...
New cat, and o2 were added, full tuneup, exc...

I had the same problem. If you have an FPR, lean it out slightly at idle. Also, use LOWER OCTANE fuel. The higher the octane, the harder it is to burn. This should fix your issue.

Has your ECU been modified (chipped)? Basically, if you run the stock tune with stock fuel pressure, and all sensors are connected properly, the ECU will run in closed loop, and set the proper AFR on it's own. Do you have a modification that is not allowing the ECU to run in closed loop operation? Simply pulling fuel is not a good solution. If it goes lean, you will have high Nitrogen Oxides.
