Default Can I use synchromesh in a tranny with a Kaaz LSD?

Im having so grinds in my tranny. So im going to use the GM synchromesh. I was wondering if it would hurt the LSD to put that type of fluid in. Right now im using the Kaaz LSD fluid. BTW its a hydro b16a.
Thanks
Jared

IIRC you're only supposed to use the Kaaz fluid with the Kaaz LSD

Changing your tranny fluid is a PREVENTIVE maintenance.

Preventive maintenance will not solve your grinding problem.
