Default eibach springs

I just got a set of eibach prokit springs and i was wondering which ones are the front and which are the rears. Ive searched on it and different people said different things. Some said that the longer springs are the front, others say they are for the rear does any one know for sure?

.001 in the front and .002 in the rear. Or "VA" in front and "HA" in rear.
