I have a 92 cx hatch. This has happen to me a couple times already. Today after coming back from school i turned off the car and went inside just for about 5 minutes and came back out to my car and when i turned it on, it just sputtered and died. Turned it on and sputtered and died. Turned it on and held the gas at 2000 for about 10 sec and then the car was fine. I am not throwing any codes and i have already cleaned my IACV last week and it still did it. Now i am guessing it is the FITV but i have no idea where it is. Pics would help. YES I ALREADY SEARCHED. But the pics i saw were for the older civics cause my throttle bodie only has one hole in front of the butterfly. The others i have seen have 2? Any one care to help me out

 

?Clogged Cat? I had a car that had the same symptoms and my cat was clogged.

 

But it does not do it that often. It has not done it in about 2 weeks since i last had that problem. How about the FITV does anyone know where that is located on a 92 cx?
