well its not that hard to install , but i don't know where you would buy one, try like jdmpartsonline.com or something..
you will need to eitehr buy an adapter kit to plug the EGR and get the iac adapter plate or you can make all the stuff yourself. also mounting the fuel rail you can use civic fuel rail studs, and then make a custom braket to hold your prelude fuel rail down
