Default ROTTEN EXHAUST

hi...newbie wit an 87 crx si....ya know how theres that spring loaded pivot thinger off the manifold? well between the cat and the piping that goes to the next peice it rotted clean off...right after that triangle mount...any ideas? besides buyin a whole new exhaust?

go to meinike or any local muffler shop. thats their job - right?

well as i have already said i just bought the car like 4 days ago and yeah....with work and **** i dont have time for rapid progression so...it will take a while im lookin for a vtec or maybe turbo..but i need to crawl b4 i walk

if you dont know if you are going all motor or turbo - you NEED to wait to buy a performance exhaust. NA will be a 2.25-2.5" pipe. turbo will be 2.5-3" pipe. it makes a BIG difference.

just get it fixed enough to drive, and chill on that until you know what direction you are going with the car
