My sunroof will like tilt up and go down no prob. but when i try to slide it back, it starts to go, but then stops, and you can hear the motor trying....any ideas?

 

slide it up and try to grease the rails as much as you can. You might have to force the glass back a little and grease the rails that way too

 

possibly the cables are broken
check the tracks too

 

Try this first...go to the trunk and get the self open/closing tool that look like a "Z" and screw it to closed. There should be a hole above teh rear view mirror next to the sunroof. The little tool should be in the package with the jack.
