Mini me swap - Y8 Manifold using OBD-1 Wiring
Hey what's up? I know this probably has been answered a few times using search. However, this is my situation.
I have a Y8 head (manual) w/ Y8 injectors using the P28 ECU. Do I have to use OBD-1 Injectors and get the pigtail clips for them or can I use these injectors just fine with the manifold.
AIM: NeophyteEQ
Thanks in advance,
Jon

Hey coo coo. But i have a 88 CRX DX (w/ MPFI conversion). The clips on those don't fit the OBD-II injectors? How do I wire it up?
Thanks,
Jon

get a solderer and solder the corners inside the injector clips to match up with the obd2 injectors.

Jon</TD></TR></TABLE> im using the obd2 injectors with my obd0 clips(just like how i explained) if you do it my way you should have no trouble using obd1 too cause on the obd1 the injectors side has like edges that stick out, i just break em off and its compatable with my clips . Hope this helps .and you can use obd0 injectors if you ever want to switch back.

If ya got any (4) OBD-II Injector clips or (4) OBD-O Injectors. Give me a tell and we can arrange something.
