i just put my d15b obd1 dizzy on my d16z6 head i had lying in my room and it seems like it would but it wouldn't leave uch room for ignition timing, but i am missing the piece that goes over the cam on the head, and since im not sure of the bolt location for sure i'd say it would fit but it'd be tight
