in my town we have ice racing events a couple times a year, i never to them, sounded like a redneck rally, but i went this year and geez am i mad that i don't have my rex running, there pretty intense, there were a couple wrx's and whole buncha old *** gti's wit roll cages , gutted interior and studded tires, i hope my cars running for nexts months races cause im so in, my friend was i them in his 1g eclipse i rode wit him there intense!!! have ne of u been to these or even heard of them, i didn't bring my camera and my fone dies other wise i could have pic/video

its set up like auto cross the wrx's times were like way fast, its split into classes fwd rwd awd, and studed of each, but i think i could beat the gtis they werent that fast, ie. the wrxs were runnin 1minute 50 and my friends fwd1g was runnin 230, its glare ice

 

i just hope its on tarmac and not a frozen lake lmao

 

4wd civic wagon, and you'd own up on the wrxs im sure.

 

no dude frozen lake, and there all into it some people drive here from like 1000 miles away i guess its like a tour and its over the midwest but theres like 12-20 inches of ice on the lake, and hell yea a awd civic would hold up
