Is this combination safe on a stock H22
Heard that it is possible to run forged pistons, rods and the oem rings in a stock H22A closed deck block and boost safely with tuning. Anyone running or tried this setup?

i was always told u had to sleeve a h series motor to run forged internals cause the sleeves are made out of some weird material. (forgot the name)

I think you are thinking of Nikasil, and that isn't what it is anyway. They are FRM sleeves.
There have been several people who have boosted stock H22's (meaning stock everything, you can't run forged pistons with these sleeve liners) with success, but in each case they had full standalone systems with plenty of attention paid to each detail.
