3 inch downpipe stock cat

is it worth it for me to get a 3" downpipe if i retain my stock cat(either now, or down the road).

anyone know the size of a stock prelude cat?

Just do a 3 inch dp and put a cutout on it. Keep your stock cat and have the best of both worlds

yea thas a damn good idea
my shop makes electronic cutouts so ill look into it.

anyone know of any good CARB legal 3 inch cats?

Carsound or Catco make good cats. Hopefully your shop makes cutouts that actually last. (Mine lasted a month and I've heard nothing but bad things from others)
