Honda Accord 96 Headlight
The headlight (on driver's side) of my car has these problems:
- The low beam is very dim compare to the one on the other side.
- When I switch to high beam, the light goes out (on driver side only) completetly.
Can anyone please tell me what's wrong with the light? By the way, I just replaced the master switch, motor on the driver side a few days ago. Did it affect to the headlight?
Thanks,
Ryan

Thanks for your reply.
I didn't mention if the problem happened before I changed the switch. Is there a relationship between switch and headlight in the electrical circuit? I also think the headlight has problem and need to be replaced. However, I'd like to make sure it is still OK before I spend money for a new one

Forced is right,,,,,,,,,
Headlights are cheap,,, even high end upgrades from stock. And its quick and relatively simple. Changing a bulb should take 5 minutes,,,, after you get back from the parts store.
But is sounds like you have a blown high beam bulb on the side that goes out. Try swapping bulbs from one side to the other and see if the problem follows the bulbs.
If it does not follow the bulbs you might want to check the harness connections to the bulb with a voltmeter just to make sure power is OK. If it is not,,,,,,,, I would take it to a shop an tell them what I found.
