headlight problem
i got a 1994 civic hatchback and my headlight dont work. it all started when the headlights would be on and then they would just shut off. this is the low beams. then in would play with the headlight switch and wiggle it and then they would turn back on. now my low beams just dont work and all i have are my high beams. even then my high beams sometimes dont work. what is the problem? i am guessing it is the headlight switch. just need a second or third opinion.

Re: headlight problem (tominos)
yea, might be the headlight switch. swap it out with another one and see.
Not to jack your thread so ill tell you what i did.....
Take the switch out, take the cover off of it. Take
the stick part off, the way it turns your head lights on
and off is with this thing that slides this metal peice back
and fourth to make the conection. If the nub on the end of
the stick is broken it wont slide the metal peice and your head
lights wont turn on or off. Be thankfull yours wernt stuck on like
mine. I super glued a paper clip to the end of the stick so that it
would slide the metal to make the conection. I think your's sounds
like a bad conection or a loose wire. Good Luck.
