anythings possible with large amounts of money..

and it's very easy. it's just a matter of you taking the seats and your integra to a fabricator along with loads of cash.

if he is asking this question, i'd assume he has no idea how to do that.

then you have the heating thing, which requires wiring.

ima try and not post a stupid response to this but it is hard not to...

im assuming since your asking this question that you have no exp. in fabing or customizing so i think your best for the money and time would be to leave the stock seats in there and use your money elsewhere maybe some neon lights or a body kit or if you have enough money left over a apc sticker and a glowing shift **** because that would be MaD tiGht Yo (by the way yes im joking please dont do it)

sry for the useless jibber jabber

I used to have both cars. I'm pretty sure the Lexus seats are too wide. They wouldn't fit in the Integra between the door and the center console. Why don't you try a test fit first? Remove both seats and just sit the Lexus seat in the Integra seat area.

If it fits fine, then that's your answer. You can somehow mount your Integra rails to the Lexus ones. I'm not quite sure how it would work with all the power seat stuff, but it should.

In my opinion, it would look really out of place. I've had both cars, so I know exactly what they look like and feel like. The Lexus seats are also not very supporting. Just big, wide, and leather. You'd slide right off on a hard turn.
