Is this a fair price?
I have an 02 RSX type s. I already have the pistons and rods, not currently installed. The shop is going to pull the motor, put in the pistons, and rods, build a cold air intake for the turbo, mech. boost controller, turbo timer, hondata intake manifold gasket, replace all the other gaskets, replace all the fuel lines with steel fuel lines, port and polish the head, new bearings, and install an EGT probe. Reinstall the motor. The total cost is about $2500, including parts ( minus the pistons and rods that I already have) and labor.
So, what do you think?
So, what do you think?
How is it confusing?
Parts: Boost cont., turbo timer, new fuel lines, piping and filter for a cold air intake, new bearings, EGT probe, and all the gaskets needed.
Labor: Pull the motor, insert pistons and rods, polish the head, put motor back together, reinstall motor, add CAI, add boost cont. and timer, run new fuel lines, install EGT probe
Hows that?
