Saw it this weekend. It was stationary, on the 5s @ Carlsbad Village Drive onramp. Nice car.

I know of a stock Maroon with Advan RGs in Socal. It was in a mag about a year ago. Dont know the owner though..

 

This one was on gold Volk GT-7s. Also, it was high-centered on an onramp median with a demolished front bumper.
And I didn't think you could get an S2000 in maroon? Was there a certain year that it was offered? This paint was quality, and tasteful enough to be factory, but I assumed it was a custom job. Maybe JDM/Euro paint code?
