b18c1 TURBO vs. H22 euro R all motor

Guys, ya gotta help me out. I've got about 7k, maybe alittle more to spend on a motor swap in my eg hatch. I figure if I went h22 I would go all motor, but if b18, turbo. Any help would be appreciated!!
