Default A/C - Heat blower no workie... 90 accord. suggestions?

my heater and a/c have been intermitantly working for a couple months and now nothing. because it worked on and off, I'm thinking it may be the actual blower fan assembly... how do I get to it to test it, or does anyone have any suggestions as to what else it may be? thanks

Your car is about the right age for a failed blower fan. Find the fan, I don't know where to tell you to look. Could be up under the instrument panel on the passenger side, otherwise look under the hood.

You want to jumper 12 volts to the fan contacts and see if it will run. If it won't, visit eBay or your local scrap yard.

I know I know its not a 90, but on my 96 EX its behind the glovebox. That's where they are on most cars...about the only place where there's room.

The fan is located under the glove box. However, i would also suggest that if you chek the fan and it works, you should suspect the switch or the blower motor relay.
