SRI made my gsr slower??
I recently installed an aem SRI and i swear it made me slower... i ran a 15.7 as a best time at the track as opposed to my bone stock 15.4... i have a cheapy filter on it cuz the aem one cracked, is it that dramatic a difference between which filter you use?
Maybe your shifts were a bit slower or something. The same car won't get exactly the same time every time you make a run. Track conditions, driver experience, and just chance figure in as well. But I don't think that your SRI made you slower.

a big one is track conditions, weather, tire pressure, the driver, among others.</TD></TR></TABLE>My car just feels like its lost power especially on low end... and before i ran consistent 15.4 to 15.7 and when i put the intake on i was 16.0 to 16.7 mostly... i could not jump off the line for ****, the intake i have was like 15$ and the aem i 60$....

A short ram intake isn't going to change anything. That change in your ET was purely coincidental. It had to do with other conditions as someone mentioned. Driver, track condition, weather (temperature, humidity, etc), etc.
