I have one out of a 93 prelude s on my h22.(cant remember code) seems to do well. it is actually faster than when i had the m2b4 in there(jdm lsd). best i got with the m2b4 was 14.2, with the f22 tranny 14.0 @99.77, but my car is alot lighter than a prelude so maybe the torque isnt as big of a deal. i would think in a heavier car it wouldnt do as well. i also like the lower cruise rpm's. gas mileage did not increase.

hmm...so you actually gained a 2 tenth of a second difference with the tranny, do the gears feel any longer like you are losing power. Cause now im really lookin at doin this so i dont have to bother gettin another h22 tranny ill just use the one of my f22? and it bolts right up?

crazy...do anything else to the car? i lost .3 when i had my f22 in there. had to rev the **** out of first to stay in vtec, and pretty high in second. i was basically stock then though...

barring traction, and your not topping out 4th gear, the shorter should be faster
