Installing new header - how easy/hard is it?
Hey guys, just received my header in the mail today. Was thinking about doing it myself, but is it a possible task without a lift? All I got is my box of Sears Craftsman wrenches, jack stands & and a can of WD-40.... Anyone got any DIY tips?
If not, how much is a reasonable price to pay for shops to install them?
TIA.

you should be able to do it by yourself depending on how bad the bolts are rusted

lube everything in advance, you can also break the bolts loose in advance, get a new gasket, it is in Morgan's link. you might need air tools to get the bolts off the cat, if you dont have acess to air tools and cant break those by hand, take the car to a shop and have them get the bolts loose and then hand tighten them.
