Default Can A distrubtor effect gas mileage?

I know there are like a million post on people who say there gas mileage sucks, well this is my turn to post. I'll tell you what i've done and what is done to my car so you can get a better idea.

Car: Ek swaped with a b18b (tranny and engine) obd2 to obd1 conversion
I'm not agressive with my car. I keep it between 2k-3.5k engine has about 80k

Things done: new o2 sensor, new fuel filter, air filter, sparkplugs, distrubtor cap looked okay, no check engine light, cleaned fuel injectors.

and i'm only getting like 23.

23mpg isn't bad. Is this city driving? My old automatic 91 Integra with B18A used to get around that during city driving. It's not the greatest compared to Civic gas mileage, but I would say it isnt bad if that's city driving.

Have you checked your timing? Maybe the new distributor install was not set to spec. Check your timing.

Are you bogging at all?

What kind of O2 sensor did you install? Sometimes, for not to say ALL the time, aftermarket O2 sensors are crap, which, makes your engine run like crap and causes it to get horrible gas mileage.

How is the condition of your catalytic converter?

I only get about 22-24mpg, in a BONE STOCK D15B7. I have narrowed it down to a shot catalytic converter. It rattles and my timing it up to spec WITH new NGK plus, Honda fuel filter, Honda ignition wires, etc...etc...etc...

No my dizzy is old, thats why i'm wondering if replacing it will change my gas mileage all that much? I'll check my cat-back. I have a bosch o2 sensor, and from what I was told they are all about the same. This o2 sensor was for a civic, not the integra. And i'm not throwing any codes. I was before I redid my o2 sensor...

I didn't think aftermarket o2sensors were all that different.
