Im going to be running a d15b with si tranny.
Now, what do you guys think if i use the vx ecu?
im on a low budget and i have to move the car.
ive found a vx ecu for $50 (wworth it?) and the p28 is like 100 (which i dont have, unless i sell some stuff).
So will running a vx ecu, affect anything speed wise, or anything else?

ive checked, and i go every other day early, but no luck. somehow i think the people who work there get dibs on it

Due to the fact that you won't be running the 5 wire O2 sensor, you may throw a code, plus the tuning will be off. A P28 would be worth the extra investment. Or have a reputable ECU guy chip a non-VTEC one into a VTEC one.
