wow u really did not go into details on what you wanted your car to be. so let me help you.
1)what are your plans for your car (daily driver, track, roadcoarse etc)
2)do you plan on staying all motor or turbo/supercharger and or nitrous
3)have you ever driven a gs-r or a h22 pwred car
to put it simple h22 is a better motor pwr wise then the gs-r if staying stock. but in the long run imho if you decide to go the turbo route the gs-r is way better then the h22 for many reasons.
also next time you decide to post a question like this use the SEARCH button
thanx and hope i helped out

H22 will be A LOT more work. You have to do quite a bit of modification. You're going to have completely run the shift cables and all those goodies. If you're not looking for a hassle, go with the GSR. If you want a project go with the H22. But with the H22 you will experience a little oversteer, just so you know.

You must mean UNDERSTEER. and this has been debated time and time again. H22A is only about 30 lbs heavier than a B18 or a B16. I don't think the work is THAT hard... i myself have never tried it but was about to but i crashed my car. All it comes down to is:
Routing and mounting of cable tranny
New motor mounts
Axle and intermediate shaft combination
Wiring
and there is a whole write up on how to here. pretty basic

The added weight in the front will cause the car to understeer, not oversteer.
In an EG swap, the GSR is pretty much plug and play compared to the H22. Go GSR and build it.
