just wondering if the helms manuel will help on the installation of camshafts and valvesprings on my b18b? Is there any other step by step or some good guides on how to do it just incase ne problems arise? thanks

A Helm manual should be more than sufficient. The only other piece of information you should need is the valve lash settings for the new cams, if they're different from stock.
