You'll be struggling with that little POS every time you want to weld something. It's a very weak machine with very low duty cycle. If you are doing thin sheetmetal, I'd still not advise it.
This is the equivalent of buying one of those cheap *** 100 watt pyramid amps for your stereo. In this case, you will NOT get what you DON'T pay for....

I also agree, not worth the money, a guy I know bought one, it generally welded like crap, my guess is that the duty cycle is too low and it didn't have enough adjustablility (had basically hi/lo switches for wire feed and amperage, although that one looks like it might have a bit more wire feed adjustability). I'd look at the basic miller/lincoln wire feed welders, esp. since you can add gas to them to make them mig. Flux core can be a bit tough to use well for a total beginner. I think home depot may even sell some of the lower end lincolns, which are more money than that one, but will be worth a lot more to you in the long run. Just my .02
The cheapest I'd reccomend is the Hobart Handler 135. Some of the guys here mention Century welders, but I've never used one. Personally, I think that Hobart is the cheapest you can go and still get a quality piece.
