main relay?
My 94 accord ex will start most of the time, however maybe once or twice a month it won't start, then I'll try it 15 minutes later and it will start.
I searched and someone with a similar problem said to try rplacing the main relay under the steering wheel. I looked in my Haynes manual and there is no mention of a main relay under the wheel. So....what exactly am I looking for and how do I remove it to test it?

Your main relay is bolted to the drivers side kick panel behind the plastic above the fuse box, not under the steering wheel. It is a small {about 3 inches across} usually grey or brown relay with a wire harness going too it. Unfortunately, I don't think you can test them. They are usually pretty cheap from the dealer. The next time it won't start, try cycling your key all the way off then giving it about 5 seconds and try it again. Sometimes after 3 or 4 times of this, it will work. Good luck
