Does anyone know if the Greddy kit for the 92-95 needs mods to it when it goes into a 96-00 civic?

my friend has a 99ex, also what intercooler should he get? we were looking at Johnny race car IC 6"

 

customing ic pipes, everything will fit directly if ur runing the blue box the 96-98 civics are wired one way and the 99-00 civic are wired another

I put a 96+ greddy kit into a 95 civic and used the exact same piping without modificatio. That was without an intercooler though.
