My new set-up:
D16z stock head

440 DSM injectors
Drag manifold
Garrett T3/T4 57 trim .48
P28 chipped with Uberdata, Beers... Bin with some changes, thanks.
Intercooler 30x12x3 off ebay

Boosting this car @ 15psi and no check engine. Set the total timing @ 19. No dyno, yet. Car pulls way harder than my all motor, which ran best 13.0 @ 105mph. Building a B-series this winter, unless I find a D-sleeved.

Hows the lag with that cooler looks like its of a diesel truck. 15psi and pump gas with no real tune I'd be scared. Goodluck

Looks great! But yeah like turbozxi said....You're risking that motor. BBKA's is a good tune for 10-12psi not 15. You NEED to get it tuned...especially the A/F. You're taking a risk that really isn't worth it.

But I LOVE the car Great job on it and nice choice on the Scat rods!!

It's runnning on the rich side, bump up the fuel on the map and using 440 injectors and 255lph fuel pump. Haven't had any problem yet. Got an extra block, just in case. Yes, I need it tuned. But, it's been running great. Can't wait for spring time.

Hi my name is ep3boy. I rode in kazino42's turbo d-series and ep3boy's dyno butt, says about 230hp to 250hp, ep3boy's butt may be off a little.

car looks good man. Do you have a 3 bar map sensor though to be running all that boost? If not then its just reading off of the 12psi column..

I'm running the stock map for now. Yep, I jus twick the last column for more fuel and less timing.

I jus might, I'm building up a sleeve 84mm block right now. Jus, need to get some more parts to complete the swap.

I'm going try to hit the dyno soon. Just to see what numbers I'm getting.

Nice looking setup. That intercooler is pretty tall.
