1990 civic
ES master kit.

What would the negative affects of torquing the bolts while the car is raised?

(it is proper to torque all bolt while load is on the suspension)

with ES bushings, it doesnt matter since the inner sleeve is not bonded to the bushing material. its free to rotate.
