i just did a search but didnt find what I was lookn for. i just did a mini me to a 89civic dx and a obd 1 swap over. i looked over all the wireing and not'n is wrong with it. tryed swaping the dizzy and the ecu still not'n

Make rue your plugs are pushed all the way in.

 

try taking alook at the rotor..that happened to me once..

 

but i tryed 2 diff dizzys and the 1 i from a runing car

Is the wireharness arcing on the motor at all there maybe short? If not the distributor it could also be the computer try put a your ecu in a friends car with similiar swap, u can try to putt another ecu in yur car, or u can also do this with distributor. Also check check ign fuse (15 amp) in the fuse box in the dash and the engine bay ? Hopefully this works or steers u to the problem but if u find the problem please let me know ok?
