Default Just did amber mod on 96-98 climate control and now lights dont work?

I just did the amber lights mod on my 96-98 climate control and now the lights don't work at all? I know that one of the lights didn't work correctly in the first place, but when I gave the climate control a couple taps, it would work. (This is before removing the climate control). Any know what's wrong?

Thanks

Loose wiring/solder joint? If it didnt work right in the first place, and now it doesnt work at all, you have to assume something broke/disconnected/died. Can you pull the CC and check to see if you are getting power tot he light sockets? Do the controls still work? Is anything else in the car not functioning?

Controls are all functional and working. I've searched a few archives and I'm thinking it may be a grounding problem, just don't know where to look.

Did you check to see if the lights lit up before you put them back into the back of the CC? You have to shove those bitches in pretty hard.

That's what I was thinking cuz as I moved it around a bit, sometimes it would work then it would just shut off again. I'll try moving it around again.

Wow, I really hope you do more than just "move it around until it works". Please find the cause of the problem and fix it. It may not work 100%, but its ******* JDM y0!

The thing is I have no clue why it's not working. It was working fine before. All I did was take out the bulbs and put them back and no it's not working.

Crappy. Do you own a multimeter or test light?

Yup, follow the power.........

If you dont have power at the plugs/harnesses for the light bulbs, follow those back to the next connection, check for power there. If nothing at THAT connection, follow that back to wherever it goes, check for power there. You say you have to wiggle it to get it to come on, likely that if you follow the wiring until you find power, you'll find a loose harness/plug.
