Default Trying to separate LCS from fork

I can't seem to separate the lca from the fork, i mean the nut in front of the fork.
I've tried banging, and to no avail
on the other side all i did was put a jack on the rotor lifted, and it popped out, but on the driver side to NO avail
what special tool can I buy?
I tried a pulley tool, but it wouldn't budge
thanks
