02 civic wit motor problems any help would be great
i got a 02 civic lx automatic was wonderin why i burn out the front of my car jumps my wheels start skippin please help... holla
THATS NOT A MOTOR PORBLEM
it is wheel hop. with a stick shift it happens when launching and rpms arent high enough to make the tires "slip" on the pavement.
if you are trying to do a burn out QUIT if not then take it easy on the gas pedal what did it ever do to you anyway??

I used to drive a sunfire automatic. Different cars, but both problems were happening to me.
So, by the way your first post was worded it sounded like you did alot of what I did. I rodded that car so hard I caused over $500 in damage to it, and I blew the headgasket in 4 places, broke something on the tranny, balded my front tires too. It felt like I busted a mount too, because the motor rocks back and forth like nothing else, because I used to slam it into drive while still moving at slow speeds. Valves are ticking because I think I overheated once out doin stupid ****.
STOP BEATING ON YOUR CIVIC. From experience, I can tell you that if you drive an economy car like a race car, it's gona break, just like race cars do.
How'd you get those tires to burn in an auto??? The only way I was able to do it was to floor it and slam it into drive. That's where half the transmission problems came from. Mine's an '01, so you killed it even faster than I killed my car.
I love civics. I beat up a sunfire because it is a piece of ****.
Now my advice: either convert to manual or sell your car and buy a manual before you destroy that poor thing.
Mounts are the most likely reason you are wheelhopping. As for the clicking valces please make sure you have oil in the engine.
