ACCORD VTEC f22a1 with HONDATA anybody??
if you have a vtec accord with the f22 engine and have the hondata, what ECU did you swap it with? how is it running with your car? thanks
hmm i checked out their websight and only show the non-vtec LS GS integ ecu's. so i would be able to use the GSR's Civic's vtec ecu's?? if i did use it..won't the readings be different?
i talked with them about my 94 and you would need a , if I remember corrrectly, a 92-95 Civic si/ex ecu OBDI P28. Hondata is the best VAFC that is on the market right now and is setup specifically for your car. SOHCkordVTEC is looking into this and has more info than me. Talk to the guys at Hondata.com, they will obviously answer your questions the best.

thanks for your replies.. it cleared things up.
one more question....does the p28 connect directly to the stock accord harness? or do you have to modify it a little?
i also e-mail hondata twice but got no response both times.

if u have a 94 EX then its OBD1 ECU, why do u need the other ECU. hondata can mod. the current ECU. correct me if i wrong, thats just my understanding. Because i currently of a OBDII car, but I have a OBD1 ECU, all i need is the adapter harness, and Im set.
the accord ecus uses a "special chip" that hondata can't decode yet...that's why i know now i have to swap to a p28 92-95 civic vtec ecu
