Just got boosted, car died need help
I just got my car boosted and was running fmu and a chipped p28 with a stock program until my engine management comes in next week. I retarded the distributor to 10degrees, and all was fine just to drive around on. Idle was fine vaccuum was at between 15 and 20. Parked car at home. Woke up in morning and started car it started up perfect. I made it halfway out of parkinglot and it just died. Tried to crank it again and it didnt want to crank, but it did turn over. I pulled plugs and they were not fouled out. Put em back tried to crank again still didnt want to crank. I pulled the plugs again and I see after all that cranking there was no fuel on plugs at all they were dry. I have no idea what it could be.

go to your fuel return and remove the hose from the fuel regulator. have someone turn the key to the on position and check to see if u are getting fuel to the fuel rail. next check for spark, take the #1 plug wire off the spark plug and place a srewdrive in the end and hold it close to a good ground source, but hold the plug end not the screw driver. have someone roll the car over a few times.
I just tried the spark. I here the fuel pump prime and all, but when i put a paperclip in 1 of the wires and touched a ground on car there was no spark as well. I am thinking it is the ecu.
Sounds like you got a died alternator.....your car was running just on the battey only and it drain it since it's not getting charged back up since your alternator is died...I've seen this problem before...and yours sound just the same...

doesnt sound like the alternator to me....
if youre not getting fuel or spark then its got to be the ecu or a wire f*ed somewhere. check all your sensors and make sure they are pluged in still. chances are it something small.

Ok checked fuses changed ecu and still doesnt start. I here the walbro fuel pump, but for some reason I dont see fuel pressure on the guage so I am guessing that is my problem. Everything lights up and comes on and I can here fuel pump but no pressure. How can you tell if fuel pump is bad.

This could be it, also check your timing and check your cam gears you might have jumped a couple teeth.
