Default After a year of hard work...

Ever since cracked a ringland on my nawzzz set up, i decided to build/sleeve my motor.

Im getting the car dyno tuned either tues/wed. so if the thread is still alive ill post up some #'s and vids hopefully we'll have enough time to tune on race gas as well

H22 Block:
-89mm with Golden Eagle Sleeves
-89mm Rollerwave pistons 9:1
-Manley/Full Race Rods
-ARP Head Studs

Turbo Setup:
-Precision SC61 T4 (PT61)
-SST
-3"DP
-Tial 38mm Wastegate with .7 bar spring
-Tial bov

Fuel and Ignition:
-Walbro 255 HP
-Uberdata
-1000cc precision injectors

Drivetrain:
-Stock Tranny- for now
-ACT 6puck with extreme PP
-ACT streetlight flywheel

Misc:
-Plx-m300 (with UD datalogging mod)
-autometer boost and oil pressure gauge
-bkr7e's
-ill think of some more later

ill post some pictures later but, for right now i want some suggestions on how to route my intercooler piping.

i took my bumper support off, should i leave it on and cut it? i also removed the water tank for the washer fluid i was gunna route the piping off the turbo through that whole after i shave it a bit.

some other goodies...

i have my routed like the drag 4 kit, the piping runs off the turbo and bends by the ac lines, and then down to where the hole with the power steering cooler, to the cooler, and through the airbox hole and to the tb, hope this helps john

yes, ill be self tuning it with some help from a local tuner, but i think your question is asking if im gunna "street tune" it, thats a def no! to much money was invested into this, were gunna do it on a dyno. if this thread is still alive by tuesday/wed., ill post some #'s and vids for everyone, hopefully we'll have enough time to tune it on race gas

thanks for the complements everyone, hopefully the thread will still be alive! but yeah ill post up some #'s

im not looking to make an insane amount of power (just yet) since it'll still be a daily driver, so the tune will be a pretty conseritive/streetable one, around 12-13psi. but i might go pick up some c16 tuesday and go ahead with the race gas tune for the track

i would def. put the bumper support back on though, a cut one is better than no one, you dont want someone to just barely tap the front and bend or destroy the turbo, mani, radiator......

that front is very weak without that support.....
