Default 4th gen plan and preperation

Used to own a 96 civic hb about 6 years ago and visited this forum often until it was crashed and moved on to z32's and FD's. Anyhow, I've concluded not to buy another sportbike and instead build a car as a daily driver. I don't enjoy the attention 'flashier' cars give me as that's not why I own them, and my daily driver usually reflects that, although I like adding my own style, it also keeps you humble. My plans are to find a low mileage 92 or 93 4dr, stock, 1 owner, you know the usual. Repainting black, repair any flaws, full black leather interior, black tint, etc. I'll do full suspension since it will 'need' it anyhow most likely, and put about a 2"-2.25" drop and put some performance oriented black wheels.

That's the easy part. I want to stay n/a for reliability/mpg and because ladies will probably end up driving it fairly often. I already personally did the common bay measurements as well as front of engine to approx. shifter location on a 2001 v6 4dr and a 2004 v6 4dr out of curiousity, but both were autos, and I want manual. I do not have access to a 3rd gen if you guys could help me there, but can go to a used car lot or something if I need to. Money/fabrication isn't a real concern, it would be money well spent to me. Basically, what are my options besides a h22, if any? Thanks for any help and I'll gladly post pics throughout my project if you guys wish.
