Default Koni Threaded Suspension Kits.

http://www.koni-na.com/konikit.html

Are they any good? Currently using em on my car and would want to know what are the spring rates. It seems that the springs are a tad too soft when sport tires are used. Also, is it possible to switch to stiffer springs (any infor where to get em) then just bump up the settings on the dampers to compliment the stiffer springs?

Thanks
