Default 600rr low beam gets tossed

In favor of a z4 bi-xenon setup. Honda only does 1 beam per side so I figured I'd try it out to see how it goes. Completely rough, the bike is currently naked except for the upper. Comparison pics included.

Some progress shots:

oh noes!

And finally (low beam only at the moment; I need a fuse then I will post up hi's tomorrow):

I thought about it but there have been far too many people who almost nailed me with their excuse being "I didn't see you" as I yell and flail my arms like a madman.

Looks really good. Great job on the retrofit. You really need to find a shield to cover up the side of that projector though, and something to cover up the exposed wires.

The more light the better, people just don't see us plain and simple. Awesome retrofit it looks almost stock.

i dunno if you can see it but i marked off the halogen beam on my garage door and used that to align and set the low beam; its about the same as the halogens but with a sharp cutoff up top.

Looks badass, 600RR's are mean as hell looking... my roomate had a black '03 until he hit a truck head on at 70MPH with it.

Yeah, he lived, w/o a helmet even. He had a shattered knee cap, cuts on his face, fractured skull, and couldn't walk for a month. He totaled the S10 he hit.

Sorry to hear about that; very unfortunate. There is no use in blabbering about it now but I wish more people would wear helmets in states that don't require them; they really do save lives/pain.

Thank you everyone else for the very kind comments; I was glad to see this came out well.
