well the thread topic didn't tell you all, but i got a civic coupe GSR.
I remember someone told me that a hybrid can totally be stock from stock intake box to stock exhaust and wont be able to pass smog if it does't have EVAP purge canister and EVAP purge control SOLENOID.

IS THIS A FACT? or some BS

True. You need the EVAP canister & solenoid as the CA smog ref will look for those things, for that year engine that came out of the particular year Integra.

Now if you are going to Billy-Bob's smog shop in BFE, then they may or may not care so it all depends. But if you go to a state smog referee, they'll be looking for everything that you would see in the manual.
